Purpose of brand guide

The main objectives of this brand guidelines is to ensure that senangPay branding is unified from the original source, with no alteration and to make the brand appearance standard in all format either Online, Offline, all devices, printing and such. This is a standard practice for all branding product especially one that involve so many parties.

We appreciate that you follow the brand guide as per stated in the terms & conditions that you have agreed.

The word “senangPay”

The word senangPay must always start with lowercase “s” and uppercase “P” for Pay, regardless where the word is located, especially in the beginning of a sentences.

Resize logo

You can resize the logo accordingly but do not stretch the logo. Please make sure when you resize the logo, you lock the constraint proportions.

        

        

Change logo color

Please do not at anytime, anywhere, change the color of the logo. Please maintain the original color.

       

       

Overlay logo

Please do not at anytime, anywhere, overlay senangPay logo with another graphics or images. The logo must be always on its own.

       

Rearrange logo elements

Please do not at anytime, anywhere, rearrange any parts of the logo into another logo. The logo must be on its original arrangement.

       

Separate logo elements

Please do not at anytime, anywhere, separate any parts of the logo into another logo.

       

       

Non white based background

If you happened to use senangPay logo on top of non white based background, simply make the logo ALL WHITE. Below are the example artwork that using the ALL WHITE logo.

       

     

Graphical based background

If you happened to use senangPay logo on top of graphical based background, simply make the logo ALL WHITE. Below are the example artwork that using the ALL WHITE logo.

       

Margin & Border

If you happened to use the logo on the corner of any graphic, please allow single “y” horizontal spacing and double “y” vertical spacing. Apply the same ratio if the logo is located at the bottom of the design. Use the “y” letter for your alignment.

      

      

If you happened to line up the senangPay logo with other logo in your design, also please use the “y” spacing (at least minimum) to rearrange the logo among other logo. This to give a breathing space between each logo.

Corporate Color

Please refer to the table below for the corporate color of the logo.  Basically there are 3 color, Blue, Green, and Dark Blue.

Can I negotiate on the rates?

YES you can negotiate the 3% rate if your monthly transaction value is more than RM250,000.

What if my transaction is sometimes RM250,000 and sometimes below that?

You will enjoy the negotiable rate when your transaction is more than RM250,000 only. If your transaction happen to decrease in the next coming month, then your rate will revert to the original 3%.

Who should I contact if my transaction is more than RM250,000 monthly?

Simply login to your Dashboard and start a new ticket on the support section. Our sales team will assist you from there.

What if my transaction is more than RM250,000? Say, RM1 M?

We have a schedule of rates that reflects your transaction. The higher the monthly transactions, the better the rates you will enjoy.

Who bears the 3% or RM1.50 cost

Who bears the 3% or RM1.50 cost?

The 3% or the RM1.50 cost is under the merchant’s responsibility. Which means, it is a business cost to the merchant.

Can merchant transfer the cost to customer?

Merchant cannot transfer the cost to customer because merchant is the one who needs to pay the cost. Merchant is the one who subscribed to senangPay, not customer. Merchant is the one who gives payment facilities to customer, not customer.

Can merchant increase the price of his/her product/service to cover the 3% or RM1.50 cost?

Increasing the price depends on the merchant’s business strategy and decision, thus, it is up to the merchant to decide what is best for his/her business.

3%

The 3% charge is the charge that senangPay charge to merchant on every credit or debit card transaction. For example, if the transaction is RM100.00, then senangPay will charge 3% from this RM100.00, which equivalent to RM3.00. Thus, merchant will receive RM97.00 on the scheduled settlement payout.

RM1.50

The RM1.50 charge, is the charge that senangPay charge to merchant on every Internet Banking (FPX) transaction. Meaning, any transaction that customer made through local supported bank such as Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks, senangPay will charge RM1.50 per transaction, regardless how much is the transaction amount. For example, if the transaction is RM100, then senangPay will charge RM1.50 on this transaction. Thus, merchant will receive RM98.50.

The minimum price for product or item to sell is RM2.00. This is to cover the FPX transaction cost which is RM1.50.

What is Sandbox?

RM100 or RM300

The only fee that you need to pay besides transaction fee is the yearly maintenance fee. There will be no setup fee, no sign up fee, no credit card application fee or what-so-ever fee. The current package maintenance fee now is only RM100 per year for the BASIC package and RM300 for the ADVANCE package. So your maintenance cost with senangPay is only RM100 or RM300 yearly depending on which package you subscribed.

Payment from Oversea

Can merchant receive payment from oversea?

Yes. Anybody from outside Malaysia can purchase or make payment to you via senangPay, as long as they are using VISA and Mastercard credit card.

Does senangPay support USD or other currency?

No. We are currently not supporting USD or other currency.

Then, how can oversea’s customer make the payment?

They just need to make payment as everybody else in Malaysia. Eventhough the currency displayed in RM, the transaction later will be converted to USD (or local currency) in their credit card statement. The concept is the same as when we Malaysian buy something from oversea. We purchased the item in USD, but then it is converted to RM in our credit card statement.

We will update a screenshot of oversea statement when we have one. But as for example, below are the example screenshot from a statement that showing a Malaysian purchase to oversea. The USD is converted to RM based on the current transaction rate.

Can I do something on this issue on my web / blog?

Yes. You can add currency plugin converter in your website so that your customer can convert the RM to their local currency at real time, without ever leaving your website.

Payment Form Language

This feature is not available for Yearly Package subscriber. This feature is available only for Advance Package subscriber.

This feature is applicable for Payment Form & Shopping Cart.

This feature allows you to set the payment form language. The available languages are English and Bahasa Melayu.

Options of language

The options for merchant are:

1. Set your Payment Form in Bahasa Melayu.

2. Set your Payment Form in English.

3. In the mean time, you cannot have both English & Bahasa Melayu in your Payment Form, which means your customer cannot choose which language they want.

The default language is English.

How to set

1. Login to your senangPay Dashboard.

2. Go to Menu > Settings > Profile.

3. Refer the “Default Payment Form Language.”

4. Select the options accordingly.

5. Scroll down the page and click “Save.”

6. Now, you need to double check the effect on the changes. Go to your any Payment Form and open it. You should see the language of your Payment Form as per what you have set. For example, below is a Payment Form in Bahasa Melayu.

There are a few things that you need to decide before you register. Some of the information is editable, and some is permanent, which means, some information is static and cannot be undone and some information is dynamic, you can update anytime you want.

Permanent Information

The only permanent information is your access email. You cannot change this email once you have registered. This email is considered as your login or username.

Editable Information

The editable information is:

1. Personal Particulars
2. Business Particulars
3. Package
4. Account Details (Bank)

Nevertheless, if you change your Business Particulars, kindly please provide us the new set of documents for our record and verification. This includes the Account Details (Bank).

This feature is not available for Yearly Package subscriber. This feature is available only for Advance Package.

This feature is applicable for Payment Form only.

This feature allows you to add 3 additional fields in the Payment Form. Which means, you can get more input from your customer, or you can offer more selections to your customer.

Options for custom field

1. Merchant can add up to 3 additional custom fields.

2. The fields can either be dropdown or text field.

3. For dropdown, we only allow a maximum of 6 options.

How to set

1. Login to your senangPay Dashboard.

2. You need to add your product first to enable this function or go to your existing product in the list.

3. Go to Menu > Product > List.

3. Select one of your products. Click on the product name.

4. Scroll down the page and click “Edit Product.”

5. Now, on the “Product Additional Field,” insert your preferred field.

6. Then scroll down and click “Confirm Changes.”

7. Go back to the product page and and check your Payment Form. You should see the additional field in your Payment Form.

Additional Field Usage

1. You can either add 1, 2 or maximum of 3 additional fields.

2. If you just want to use as input field, leave the option space blank.

3. If you want to use the additional field as dropdown, insert the option values.

4. The option value is not necessarily to be filled until 6.

5. The value is alphanumeric (A – Z and 0 – 9).

Viewing the data input on your Dashboard

1. All additional fields will capture the data and display them on your Dashboard.

2. When customer made a payment you will be able to see the value entered or chosen in the transaction detail page.
